Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn condition.

  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop your parcel at any Australia Post location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
